Do I need a gym?
No, you can do the workouts at home or in the gym. We provide both options so you can train wherever suits you best.
Can I do this if I’m busy with kids or work?
Yes! Most clients train 3–5 times per week depending on capacity. And even if you can’t train, we can still tailor your calories so you get results just from steps and food alone.
What if I don’t lose weight?
Our method is science-backed and proven. If you follow the plan (tracking and training) and don’t get results, we’ll work with you for four weeks after the challenge, free of charge, until you do.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
After the challenge, you can either continue with one of our product options if you don’t need support, or step into coaching (extremely limited spots) for ongoing accountability.
How long are the sessions?
Our gym sessions can run up to an hour, but if you’re short on time we also provide express 30–45 minute options.
Are there meal plans included?
At this price point, we don’t include personal meal plans, but you’ll get plenty of free meal plan templates to guide you. If you’d like a custom meal plan, it’s just $120 — or $99 if bundled with a check-in.
Do I need to cut out carbs, alcohol, or family meals?
Nope! This challenge is built for real life. We’ll show you how to include the foods you love (and even the odd drink) while still getting results.
I’ve tried challenges before and failed, how is this different?
Most challenges push you into crazy low calories and hours of cardio. We don’t. Our method is flexible, realistic, and sustainable — designed for parents and busy people who want results without burning out.
Will I get enough support if I need help?
Yes, you’ll be part of our private WhatsApp group with daily tips, accountability, and access to coaches who will guide you the whole way.
What if I have injuries or can’t do certain exercises?
That’s fine, we provide modifications and alternatives so you can still train safely and make progress.

Eight-Week Challenge Terms & Conditions
This is an eight-week commitment.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
There are no cancellations or transfers once the challenge has started.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a medical certificate is provided that prevents participation for the remainder of the challenge.

By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise and agree to train at your own discretion.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you are responsible for seeking clearance from a qualified health professional before participating.
KingBodies is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse outcomes that may occur during participation in the challenge.
All training provided is educational and general in nature.
Participants are responsible for modifying exercises as needed to suit their own ability level and physical capacity.
If pain or injury occurs, training should be stopped immediately and appropriate medical advice sought.
Results will vary between individuals.
Fat loss, strength changes, and physical transformations depend on adherence, lifestyle factors, starting point, and individual physiology.
No specific weight loss or outcome is guaranteed.
Challenge winners are not determined solely by weight loss.
Winners are selected by a KingBodies judging panel based on overall transformation, which may include:
- Body composition changes
- Visual transformation
- Consistency and adherence
- Effort and engagement
- Mindset and habit changes
The judging decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results or placement.
Participation may include access to group platforms (e.g. WhatsApp or Facebook).
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
KingBodies reserves the right to remove any participant from group platforms if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
