What is the difference between premium coaching and once of programs?
Premium coaching is our 1:1 coaching service where you get check ins weekly and a tailored approach to both training and nutrition. Once off programs are you blueprint to your desired goal at that lower price point with no check ins.
Should I build or shred first?
Depends on the individual, if you would rather shred a few kilos before moving into a build then we would suggest the SHRED prior to BUILD.
Should I do 1.0 or 2.0 first?
Always do the 1.0 version prior to the 2.0 version. The programs progress from one to another.
How long do you recommend for a build?
We would recommend doing BUILD one and then BUILD two so that there is at least 16 weeks in a build, we would recommend over 16 weeks.
How long do you recommend for a shred?
For most people 8 weeks is a good time frame for a deficit phase depending on how much weight you have to lose.
Are the once off programs appropriate for pregnancy?
As all pregnancies are very unique we would suggest coming on as a premium client.
