Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching

We are committed to giving you the support and education you need during this phase of your life! We understand that navigating this time can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming so this is why we have developed our coaching to empower women.


Who is this program suited for?


Pregnant women at any gestation or postpartum mummas (4-6 weeks
postpartum) who have no underlying health conditions or illnesses.
For postpartum mumma’s we do suggest you see a pelvic floor physio prior to commencing so we can get feedback from them.

For our KB Mummas we have two coaching options:
- Foundation: Monthly check ins and adjustments
- Premium: Weekly or Bi weekly check in and adjustments


BOTH options include:
- Training options
- Tailored nutrition
- Mumma group chat
- Facebook Community
- Access to our osteopath for rehab changes if needed

Signing up to emily kings bodies after my pregnancy was so beneficial in so many areas for me. Emotionally, physically and mentally. Having a coach teach me how to ease myself back into training and ensuring I was doing the correct things to let me body recover.
